About Precision Engineering Pieces
Founded in 1980, Precision Engineering Pieces Ltd (P.E.P) has become one of the UK’s leading sheet metal fabrication sub-contractors, offering a wide range of in-house quality-controlled manufacturing processes.
On the 1st June 2017, P.E.P joined The Pexion Group, increasing the Group’s sheet metal fabrication capacity. As a group of advanced engineering and manufacturing business engaged in a broad range of activities, from precision engineering to electronic assembly these innovative engineering businesses are able to produce enhanced solutions for our customers in the Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries.
Over the last decade, P.E.P has grown year on year, with an annual turnover of £2.9m and 37 dedicated and long-serving members of staff, who, between them, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in many disciplines and industries.
40 years of challenges and success
If 40 years teaches you anything, it is that there are always ways to adapt in the ever-challenging manufacturing environment. As sheet metal fabricators, P.E.P have seen many challenges over the years, including recessions, advances in technology and constant changes to their customer base and requirements to that of the current Covid-19 situation. The adaptations to the challenges we have faced ultimately add to our experience, which in turn they have been able to pass on to their customers.
Current day life at P.E.P
P.E.P has become a well respected high quality sheet metal design fabrication service, that enables customers to bring to life fantastic ideas or products in which they specialise. Assisting in the design of new and exciting products to complement their existing product development initiatives.
